The arrangements to pick up my car took a little longer than I expected but once things were finalized everything went very smoothly. There was a delay in the actual pickup time but I was kept informed by the driver (Nestor) and he even provided me his cell phone number so I was able to call him whenever I had any questions. The actual pickup and loading onto the transport truck was done very professionally. The two guys doing it obviously knew what they were doing and they did it well. There was also a delay in the actual delivery but once again we were kept fully informed by the driver (Nestor). When the car arrived at its destination it was clean and in excellent condition. I feel I got good value for my money and would use them again should the need arrive.
